Custom Manufacturing

Most of what we supply is made to a customer specification rather than taken off a shelf. Send us a drawing, a reference photo or a physical sample and we will tell you what is feasible, what it costs and how long it takes.

What We Can Customize

  • Custom Design

We work from your 2D drawings, 3D files, reference photos or a physical sample, and advise where a shape needs adjusting to be manufacturable.

  • Custom Logo

Engraved, embossed, laser marked or enamel filled. Send vector artwork and we confirm placement and depth on the sample.

  • Custom Mold

Where an existing shape does not fit, we develop a new mold. Tooling cost is quoted separately and confirmed before we start.

  • OEM

You provide the complete specification and we produce to it, with your branding and packaging.

  • ODM

You describe the requirement and we propose a design, material and finish combination that fits your price point.

  • Materials & Finishes

Brass, zinc alloy, stainless steel, plastic, TPU, silicone, wood and coconut, across a range of platings and surface treatments.
