About MANCHAO
MANCHAO is a China-based sourcing and export partner for fashion accessories and hardware. We develop, source and quality-control accessories for bag, apparel, footwear and leather goods brands, and handle the export side so our customers deal with one contact instead of many suppliers.
What We Supply
Bag hardware, garment accessories, footwear components and leather goods fittings. Buckles, locks, rings, hooks, rivets, eyelets, buttons, zipper pulls, metal labels and custom hardware across brass, zinc alloy, stainless steel, plastic, TPU, silicone, wood and coconut.
Custom Product Development
Most orders are made to a customer specification. We work from drawings, samples or reference photos, advise on manufacturability, and manage mold development where a new shape is required.
Our Supply Network
We do not operate our own factory. We work with a network of specialist production partners in China, each selected for a particular process — die casting, stamping, plating, enamel, injection moulding or natural material processing. Matching the right process to the right product is a large part of what we do.
Quality Control
Orders are inspected against the sample you approved, checking plating coverage, dimensions, surface finish and function before packing. We keep your approved sample on file so repeat orders are measured against the same reference rather than drifting over time.
Global Export
We export to buyers in the United States, Europe and Asia, and handle export documentation on our side. Shipping terms are agreed per order.
